This...is not as disturbing as I thought it would be. I really enjoyed this story. I can almost see this happening in canon. The way I felt things were in canon Kratos had been an empty miserable thing when he meet and fell in love with Anna. After a few happy if stressful years he lost it in a very traumatic way. When Kratos found out his son had survived of course he's going to be fixated on Lloyd. Look what he did in canon. He searched tirelessly for the components for the eternal ring knowing that for Lloyd to beat Mithos he would have to die.

The way you wrote this is also plausible because Kratos is obsessed with Lloyd because he is his son and he loves him. The sex just kind of happened and Kratos isn't focusing on the sex itself but on the fact that it's Lloyd being affectionate with him. Kratos most likely being celibate after Anna died probably made things worst. It's like a body being cold, it tries to make itself warmer without the mind controlling it.

Awesome story. The characters was spot on in my opinion, not to mention the dedication to the script of the game. I felt greatly for the characters, especially when Kratos had to decided rather to take off Lloyd's hands during the hug. I felt the end summed the entire story nicely, and do not see the need for a sequel. The road to hell stands alone as the best fan fiction I've read. Well written.

...So yeah. This story, as well as two others, have completely corrupted me. It just sucks that there aren't more stories like it, or hell, something with actual action in it. ~makes frustrated hand motions~ (Then again there was only one MinaNaru story for Naruto, so I suppose I should be happy with what I have.)

Getting back on track; this was awesome. They both were in character, it's nice and long, and has great writing. I love the title and summary, very fitting.

I admit that Kratos/Lloyd in the romantic/incest sense is not my usual cup of tea (I'm a big oyako fan), but I also acknowledge the sheer chemistry between the two of them, blood relations or no. Something like 'if only they weren't related...' XD That said, you made the pairing work, even while acknowledging that they are related. Lloyd's naivete is spot-on and almost heartbreaking, but it's Kratos' sheer desperation for the affection he never had that's just...so powerful in here. If one gets past the...well, strangeness of the pairing, the sadness (and lust) you conveyed here is beautiful.

Anyway... I just wanted to say, I enjoyed this immensely. It was just... so nicely written, and so sweet. I really love Lloyd and Kratos as a couple, and you wrote them both really well in-character. Thanks for writing this.

I really love this (even though a part of me kinda feels like I'm going to hell after reading it XD j/k). Your writing is beautiful and the glimpse into Kratos' thoughts seems very believable. Nicely done. Too bad it's a oneshot though. *sigh*

wow. that was deep, i really liked it and for the record it didn't suck at all. guiet the opposite actually! i think you have a very good writing style, and you're able to connect with the characters in a way it seems you actually have stepped into their shoes. Good story, keep writing
