You could reason her healing by simply accrediting it to her seal release state. That said, I can't see any world Tayuya would refer to Sasuke as -sama. Hell, she doesn't even pay respect to Orochimaru most of the time.

If Orochimaru had such powerful allies, why didn't he used them during his invasion ?
Frankly I don't like your OC with his dark Gary Sue act. Plus I don't think Satan fits in Naruto's world.
