Lost a lot of respect for Minerva with her purposeful avoidance of getting the damn point. She was too busy making excuses for Severus to even bother hearing Harry.

For someone with such supposed intelligence Severus sure is mentally slow in this story.

Does Severus at any point realize that he himself is why Harry has no parents? I get that he's so mired in his teenage loathing of James Potter to even try to realize that Harry is his own person and not James 2.0, etc etc etc, but yeah, Severus seems determined to never, ever take responsibility for his own actions.

And oh good grief this is dragging.

Minerva must be retarded else why would she bring up James Potter when she would supposedly know that Severus despises the man who took his Lily from him? So...either Minerva is retarded or she's a spiteful bitch. Maybe both?

Hello! This is a fabulous story. Thank you so much for writing. I was really hoping that Minerva would refuse to allow the first years on such a detentions or that Severus would discover the plan and detail Harry. I know Harry would never tell others about his sessions with Neville but I imagined Harry and Neville working on potions in Severus' quarters. I can just picture the curmudgeon with the two. Neville terrified but Harry happily dragging his friend to get instructed by his fav tutor.
I love how you had Albus send the other teachers to the forest. I wonder if Minerva is confounded to not think against Albus. They all must be spelled to just give in and not argue. I hope they can help Harry more.
