So. The whole Black-the-Bastard Plan was good. Like really good. But the end ? Oh gosh that was perfect I LOVE DANIEL AND VALA !

Hehe, okay, so I just have to say...I absulutely adored every moment of this...So I'm just gonna list a few of the many things I loved about your story :)

I think one of my favorite chapters was the one about Jack and Vala waiting for Daniel to come back...I loved it, because it's just how I imagined they would react to eachother, and Jack hinting at her relationship with Daniel was just...Perfect. And the whole Mr. Darcy thing? I probably squeeled out loud athat point. I was like "Aw" I loved it. Perfect. Just perfect. Oh so perfect. And the chess thing? I just loved that. I was almost sad when Jack was called away because I loved that part so much.

Hehehe, Poor Daniel. Black is a jerk. No one could ever, ever, ever, replace Daniel...Daniel's just...Just Daniel! I loved the way you showed the dislike of him for the rest of the team.

I might have felt bad for Black at first, but the way he turned out to be such a jerk at the end...Oh my goodness, the fangirl in me just came out when Daniel punched Black. I was like "Yes! Stick up for her Daniel! Punch him! Punch him!" I was so excited, because as soon as Black insulted her, I wanted Daniel to do something about it. And then he did :) So I was immensly happy. Incredibly, incredibly happy.

And I read this whole fanfiction in one sitting...Which definately shows how much I was enjoying it :) I loved your interperations of the characters. You'll go far as a writer :)

And I must say, I liked the real ending very very much. But I'm a sucker for a happy ending, and fluff. So the alternate ending was like...Yay!

Daniel punched Black for Vala!

I love this. I love Vala being accepted as part of the family.

Okay I love the real ending, it's really beautiful and the image of them just being suspended not quite embracing is beautiful and heartbreaking.

But, I'm a sucker for fluff, and jealous!fluff is just amazing (It's all J.K. Rowling's fault). I love Jack remembering the shoes, and I could definitely see him hitting Teal'c on the arm on going "I told ya."

(back when they still pretended Daniel was held to the laws of nature like other regular human beings.)

That, as many other lines, made me laugh out loud.

I love the whole SGC's love and protection of Daniel. I have soft spot for family scenarios, and the bigger the better, and using P-90's to throw one little linguist off a base is joy in a bottle of joy, with a joy ribbon tied around it's neck.

And maybe the Ori would vanish, no doctor would ever try to wean him off caffeine again, and he’d spend the rest of his life in a Lantean library.

ANother one of those very happy lines.

Black is so despicable, it's perfect if terribly cliched, I love all of the guys reaction because it's a sign of Vala being part of the family.

That ending with Black was perfect. I love Vala, she's brilliant.

I love the first chapters too, the teams interaction is really sweet, and in character. I also like how in each chapter you also have the history behind the relationship. I think that is really sweet.

The whole first thread was just aesthetically beautiful, and your writing is really good. The second part is really sweet as well.

Nice. The funny part is, I too, wondered for a couple of times of the little space they give the plot of Vala once being a host, so this really made me jump up and down that somebody had picked it up.

Btw, wanna know the best part of your story?

I can help it, but I fell in love with the jacket and the cards, the cards especially, hell of a wonderfull idea, touched my soul by all means.

Wondered where the cards had gone...would be nice to see daniel recieve them back from Vala. But hey, I girl cant have everything, right?

Oh, and also loved the part how all of them were willing to do ANYTHING to put down that poor excuse for life that wanted Daniels place, maybe not the idea itself, but the fact Vala was willing to do it for Daniel,to show his biggest rival that Daniel was more successful at a thing like this, that was definitely a sweet thing to do. :)

Ok, just at chapter 2, but loved it so far.

Especially the very nice touch of Sams relationship to both, Daniel and Vala, and loved the last sentence - that Daniel better need the infirmary or she would be sending him there.:)
