The prose is so beautiful. It flows easily and has a poetic touch not often seen here. The beginning is quite confusing, so maybe clarify it a bit. The end just stunned me with its melancholy beauty. I wasn't able to find any spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes, so I applaud you for that. Great use of details; the reader can actually imagine it clearly in his or her mind.
