Wow! This is some work you did. I loved the way your wrote this; very in depth. .

There are no OOC, which is an excellent thing, and I don't really see any mistakes. An overall excellent work, if I do say so myself! :D

There were plenty of things that I agreed with and everything was to the point. Again, love the story! AWESOME!

Kryssa's flute chapter 1 . 12/24/2006
Ah, I'm glad I got to review this story first! It's a lovely piece of character study, finely detailed and obviously well thought out. These two are my favorite couple, and both have certain depths that make their relationship so fascinating. I really like how Akira practices kata in the room, as if symbolizing how it's the one place where she can be free to make mistakes and be herself, yet also where she divines her strength. And all the thoughts going through her mind were so flowingly executed that I imagined her moving as flawlessly through the exercise.

I found myself agreeing with your written ideas about Takumi; about how he never really understood what he felt for Akira. Perhaps a part of him knew that she was female, and it allowed him to act as himself and not "front" as he might for other boys. I also like that you've created the two to be complements rather than opposites, that their character traits are meant to make them stronger together, not as individuals. Finally, the meal itself, one of the last of its kind, symbolizing their growing relationship. It's never going to be perfect - as no relationship is - but they share and learn with one another, enjoying every moment as it comes.

Wow, I've really blathered on and on. I just enjoyed this story a great deal. There are so few Akira/Takumi fics out there that I have to compliment the good ones that come along. Thanks for the enjoyable read, and I hope to see more stories from you in the future. Jaa, mata!
