Beautiful story. You did a wonderful job with Ron and Bonnie's relationship. Glad I could read it. :)

Let me start off by saying that was a wonderfully well written story. It was rich and full and brought things full circle. If I was to change anything not incredibly major it would probably be the length of time Ron was missing. To me a full year felt excessive. And that Bonnie hid the fact that Josh came by. Ron would've understood and lies,even little ones like through omission, in a relationship are no good. I also thought you were going to have Bonnies dad try and shoot Ron during their confrontation.

Great, now that that's out of the way i can say what I've been wanting to say since the first chapter. I hate you. Don't take that personally but yeah. Being a fanfiction writer and working with well established characters that people love made your opening all the more impactfull. You were probably trying to keep things from getting to sad. But you didn't even let Ron tell her goodbye. I've been a writer and lover of books for a long time. When i read a good story i become very attached to its characters. And the unceremonious way you killed Kim off was rough. And then almost over night it seemed he was over it. He lost his wife, the mother of his newborn daughter, and life long best friend. It made his love for her feel cheapened.

It truly was a magnificent heart wrenching story. Yes i wish you'd done some things differently but it's your story. You being happy with it is all that matters. And if i didn't like it this much i wouldn't have cared how you wrote it. Sorry if any of this felt like an attack. After reading your story i just had to leave this review.

I was expecting a surprise visit from a wild haired somewhat crazy hairbrained inventor scientist. "Stop! This wedding must continue! Or the future will cease to exist!" Anyway is it "possible" to go "back" to the "future"? Yes. I know that was bad.

The only way for Kim & Ron to torn asunder after so many years together is death. You handled it wonderfully. I felt my eyes moisten up.

And I don't think there is a fanfiction where Josh "monkey boy" Mankey comes out on top. :-D

This is such a beautiful love story. Exceptional work.

I know this is like 7 years later but thanks for the read I loved reading through from chapter to chapter. lot gonna lie the scene where she walked in on josh cheating was pretty fucked up. and when ron 'died' I figured he would have somehow survived. just the overall reactions from and between the characters was really great I want to thank you for this read it was totally worth it.

2 questions for ya

1. What happened to rufus? He had no mention in this story.

2. Why was there no mention of wade until the end? I would have expected wade to give the news to bonnie about rons death.

Either way it was an excellent read especially when Ron made a threat toward Ron about the mmp and a painful dimension continuing the father-daughters male friend classic.

WoW...I am Impressed, made tears come, places where I laughed. Places where I was angry, basically if anyone asks me what a good story should read like, I'll just give them a link to this story..by the way the wedding with Kim there smiling, that was a very foreseeable plot item...but it was justified and even though you knew it was going to be there, it still choked me up.
