Uhm. Wow. I'm kinda speechless right now. That was... well, I don't think refreshing is exactly the right word for it, but I think it's certainly a change of pace to see things through Riff's eyes. We always take it for granted that Cain's the one who gets to have the nightmares and Riff's the one who always has to be there to fix the problems. It's fascinating to see their roles reversed.

Really, great read. I enjoyed that little sojourn into his psyche.
