I love this! I didn’t know I needed to read something in Paul Anka’s pov until now and man is it amazing! So funny, especially the fact that he calls Rory Suger toes! Really interesting idea to begin the story with, can wait to keep reading

I love Paul Anka! If I wasn't allergic to dogs, I'd absolutely get a (very similar but more common) Bearded Collie and call him Paul Anka. You did a really great job with the prompts and this had a fantastic, slow build up which didn't feel rushed at all. The characterisation was great and the whole thing so well written.

I liked the oddness of having April and Gigi meet and play together, esp that little Gigi turned out to be a checkers shark! We see even less of Gigi than April in fanfic so this was a nice change. I know she didn't have a big part, but it was having her around and acknowledged that I liked. The show basically glossed over Lorelai even having a stepdaughter except for one or two scenes despite it being a huge change in her life. I also liked that so much of the story took place in Luke's small, one room apartment. It's not quite a one room play, obviously, but it had a bit of that sort of vibe about it. (Don't tell Luke I said "vibe"!)

I loved this fic so much! The idea of having it follow a bunch of Wednesdays (for the most part) was really fun, and a great way to deal with some of season 7's issues without completely ignoring them.

Paul Anka thinking of Luke as Dad and his broken family and then in the end that his family is back together, I wanted to cry. He's going to hate that baby so much, omg.

This was so great though. I love how their relationship starts again through communication (and Paul Anka). How Luke just wouldn't let her go, would have her anyway he could even after the heart break. How Lorelai finally gets her divorce after it hits her that she barely misses Christopher, but oh Luke, how could she live without him? I just adored every second of this.

I love Paul Anka being the voice. :) I just had to comment before reading the rest.

Ok, I just started reading this fic last night and I have to say I'm liking what you have here, but even when I am always glued to the computer till I finish reading a fic that is complete, I can't do that with this one because...

Well, I'm a sap and these four parts I've read already have had me crying so much that my eyes are swollen already and so I'll have to be a normal person and read little by little.

I can't believe how hard Luke is trying there. I mean, I suppose Lorelai is trying too, but Luke is doing all he can to regain their friendship for whatever reason.

This last chapter with him carrying Gigi to the house had my heart breaking in a ridiculous way, but I couldn't help myself! I so want to know where else you are taking this story, but that'll have to wait till I don't have a class tomorrow morning where I can't show up with swollen eyes...
