*nods* Sweet, damn sweet, and I have rarely seen anything in fanfic cooler than an army of mutant clone ninjas that fund themselves via POKER. They are so amazing I want to pretend that they're real. Or at the very least, canon. They'd eat the FROGs for breakfast.

..I don't know what I love most here; the two hundred mutant clones, the fact that they have a cold fusion reactor and Snake knows exactly what a cold fusion reactor looks like, the text messages, the explodyness, or the kissing.

...Oh, ow.

This is sweet, and painful, and *wrong*, but in a good way. I have a real squick for people ignoring Otacon's 'no's - I mean, it's canon that the guy was sexually abused by his stepmother - but it's so *wrong* here that it works.

Hey, I'm reading this story on a recc I saw on an LJ community, and I'm really enjoying it; this chapter is the best so far. The physical contact and teasing is both hot and in-character; I like your use of Alaska, it's good scene-setting without going overboard, and you're using the setting to reinforce the characterisations; and most especially, I like the intelligence that's gone into this. You've made both these people seem emotionally and mentally well-rounded. Surprisingly few fanficcers do that, and less have full respect for David's intelligence (THNX KONAMI), so I love this.

I also love the Desert Storm coffee supplies. The idea that he's been hoarding coffee since the early 1990s is fucking hysterical. Rock on.

This is such a wonderful story. I'm still new to this fandom (though not MGS overall, of course) and was looking for a nice long Snake/Otacon fic, so this really hit the spot.

Spot on characterization, wonderful dialog and an awesome plot. You just won a large chunk of internet. Expect it to arrive on your doorstep in 2 to 6 weeks.
