Quite an author's note. Lots of good ideas you have there. You know, I got this crazy idea some time ago. Why not, when, (or if) you complete your original stories, you do a crossover between your Sly Cooper & Star Fox stories. Just a random thought, but who knows, maybe it could be the start of a new series of stories? Think about it. There are quite a few parallels between your Marcus & Conner. Plus with that cliffhanger ending in your 3rd Sly Cooper story it opens the door to something that could...I don't know...do something. You are an amazing author with talent like no other on this site. If anyone can pull off a Star Fox/Sly Cooper crossover it's you.

Damn. That's quite a few problems for one to go through. I don't know were to begin. Um...the author's note was vary informative. I wonder if Fox will remember those dreams at all? I also can't help but wonder if Krystal is having similar dreams. Now there's something to think about.

Hey man, long time no read. Been very busy lately but saw your update in my inbox and decided to take a break and have a good read. I re-read a few chapters to get back up to speed, I'll also be re-reading your Dawn of Progeny here soon too, I've really enjoyed that one and have yet to finish reading it.

One of the things I love about your stories is the character interactions and how you stay so true to the source material, and this one's no different. I can't wait to see more on this arc. I read the comic this one was based on and I really liked it. Waiting eagerly on your next update.

I feel like I was in a dream, reading this. Sorta like, at the end, I go "wow." but at the same time I have to read it again to know what the heck I just went through XD

All in all, I like this :3 I like Fox's conclusion near the end, and I'm impressed the way you set up Krystal's eventual leaving the planet :o

I was going to wait until I finished all your stories, but I decided the heck with it, I'll write a review now.

Anyway, first let me congratulate you on this massive undertaking that is the Reflections series. I never expected to find this gold mine of stories for Star Fox fanfiction; what with there only being just over 2000 stories in all.

Secondly, the writing is amazing. I thoroughly enjoy how you realistically tie the game together and provide explanations for the changes. And because the series tackles all of the games, it really provides ample room for character growth. Even though I'm only on the second story, I really get the feeling that the characters will evolve and grow as time goes on.

Lastly, there has been something that has been bugging me. Prior to reading your stories I was only aware of Krystal as Fox's main love interest, something I've liked to root for. Now that you've utilized Fara's character it's changed everything. What I mean by that is I don't know who to root for! You write Fara's character very well, and it's difficult not to get attached to her as a character when you know ahead of time what is going to befall her.

Plus there's the obvious fact that only one will win out as the love interest; it really brings a different take on tragedy when both characters are "good" characters, neither harboring animosity toward one another (that I know of). Though I have to say, Fara ending up with Fox's child does seem a little weird (author's comments have spoiled that for me!).

I'll definitely continue to read this; though I think it has become one of those stories where I've become sucked in. I don't want to know what happens because tragedy lies ahead, but it's for that same reason that I'm compelled to continue reading. Don't know if that makes sense or not.

Wow, it's been a long time since I've read a fic as deep and layered as this. All the connections to your other stories, as well as the expansions on the minimal canon of the series, are the little details that make this series great. Granted, a bit more fighting might have been nice, but you've set up rather well for the upcoming drama that'll be pervading the story-and possibly others of yours-for chapters to come.

A few small things, though. First, the use of italics was a bit heavy. While the scenes it was used in were passionate, life-changing areas, the use of italicization loses a little meaning when it appears too much. Second is one thing that I've noticed constantly-you spell the "Great Fox" as one word. I know you're a stickler for staying close to canon, and there is proof in the games that "Great Fox" is not one word. Finally, there's a minimal thing I learned recently, too: "their" is not a suitable replacement for "him or her."

It's great to see you back, though. The section was starting to get a little immature without a reasonable voice to make the galaxy seem deeper.

great story so far. i love how you have taken all the different conflicting storylines and meshed them together. glad to hear fara wont be gone for good, she was and still is my favorite starfox gal.
