this fanfiction is really good,with a dark I really didn't like some things about misty here,I mean her breaking up with ash just because he is a freaking pokemon master and has to travel a lot and couldn't spend much time with her,and that too by sending him that horrible letter,those words were so mean and he had every right to hate her after that!I mean I know it's very difficult to maintain a relationship when one is so much busy with his/her respective work but that's what love is all about,adjusting with your partner and supporting them,I mean in the end when they reconciled ash had to literally give up his dream of being a pokemon master,which he had nurtured since childhood and for which he had worked so hard.I mean I know he did it willingly because he chose his love for her above everything else but he still could have maintained a relationship with misty without having to give up his title,and she could and should have adjusted with that,that's what a soulmate does IMO.I mean she too is at the gym most of the times and away from him,so that's very difficult for him boy shall I mention that I think he forgave her quite of her he suffered so much,and there she was already hooking up and later engaged to another guy after learning that he was dead,even though everyone has a right to move on but still.I know she suffered a lot too but still he shouldn't have forgiven her that easily and she could have tried to EARN that apology and trust from could have started off as friends first again and then slowly turning it into a misty that I know would not give up on ash because of those reasons I that's quite a rant but I just wrote what I I'm glad that they reconciled at the end because ash and misty forever lol!and damn why did tracey have to die!anyway well done because I know it takes a lot of hard work and thinking on one's part to write these fanfictions!

This. Was. Totally. AWESOME! Coolest story ever.

Well, it would seem the "Mistara" and so on were intentional, but I think the way you keep having people call Ash "Ashton" makes the whole thing feel a little too formal. Jessie and James, and even Brock, never seemed anywhere near that formal to me.
Other than that, I still think this is pretty good. Although I do think Ash and Pikachu's logic during the fight is flawed. If they'd taken Butch and Cassidy out before anything could happen, they never would've found Brock, and things would've stayed the same. Also, Pikachu is Ash's trademark Pokemon, so if he's not there, then people will know something's up, and having a different Pokemon keep Brock out of the way would've been a better idea.
