This is definitely a pairing I've never seen before, and not a bad pairing at that. A nice story, but you seem to get your past and present tense mixed up a lot throughout it. You also are using a lot of incomplete sentences like, "And ran inside her house." I would suggest that instead of putting things like, "Pandora showed a small smile. And ran inside her house.", you change it to look more like this: "Pandora showed a small smile and ran inside her house."

Just a tip. No offense, or anything.

Anyway, this is a pretty cute couple. Keep writing about Pandora and Irwin!

Yee! It's nice to see that Pandora's getting a few more fans. Interesting pairing, too. I really liked it!

I sort of had an issue with how fluffy it was, though... Billy also seemed a bit too smart in this fic. Of course, these things didn't keep the story from being enjoyable, they're just somethings to keep an eye on in the future.
