Funny, but Ulquiorra is too emo to keep a diary. Even if he did it would probably be something like "sat down looking at the wall until Aizen ordered me to do so and so." then "did so and so." and repeat.

Lol. Ulquiorra seems like OOC because the way he wrote in his diary seemed a bit girly from my point of view. But it's a diary and oh well...Everyone can express however they want to. It's a good read.
