Seriously? What is wrong with you writers!? Is this some sort of fetish? Too many times I have encountered where a small Naruto is being forced upon by village members. Is that the first thing that comes to your mind when they say that a character had been neglected or mistreated? Sickening, truly, and what's worse is that it is clearly a forced concept that serves absolutely no purpose.

This could really use a revamp. Not to mention a bit more relevant plot pieces (Oh lOoK I CaN UsE PlAsMa tO KiLl eVeRyThInG).
