AW, that was SO sweet! it totally captured the charecters of both of them. you should send this to Mark Schwan and get him to put it in an epidsode somewhere. it was so sweet. i love it! great job. that was deffinatly not a 'struggeling' story. :)

I agree...there was such a buildup to the scene, then it was just them staring at each other. WTF? And Idk, maybe it's just me, but I honestly don't see the problem with Nathan bringing home the bacon for awhile while Haley goes to school. She deserves it and it'a a realistic outcome.

This was great tho. Domestic Haley pampering her little hubby. So cute. Great touch with flirty banter and Baby Scott getting his parents' attention.

I am so glad that you took a shot at writing something different... it's really paid off with this amazing one shot. The writing is wonderful and so YOU, showing that you haven't lost anything babe, you've just been having a hard time of it.

Your characterisation is great, especially Nathan and how he is thinking and feeling about losing basketball and how he is going to tackle the future. He knows his weaknesses, the mistakes he's made and what they almost cost him... but he's so very thankful for what he still has.

You've captured Haley beautifully as well, ever loving and thinking of her husband's needs. I love the comments about her practicing her mommy tone and also the domesticity of the scene, like Haley yelling out for Nathan to put his clothes in the hamper. Just natural things that show how couply they are.

Anyways, amazing job girl. You've produced some great writing here.
