I hope that Remus' speech would make Sirius think before he acts and would prevent him from going to the DoM a few months later. I personally think that Harry underwent too many losses. The books could have still been amazing with Sirius and Remus surviving. |

With killing off Sirius, Harry was not made stronger. He lost any semblance of family he had. Maybe that's what made him so much weaker an individual in the later books. |

| Shian1998 chapter 1 . 6/1/2019 Another great one-shot! Really wish this had happened in canon, and that Umbridge's torture of Harry had been exposed to more than just Ron and Hermione. Loved the way you depicted his relationships with Sirius and Remus, especially when they calmed him from his nightmare. Really wish those two had survived and gotten the chance to be a family with Harry. Harry would've been much happier that way. Would also have loved to see Sirius and/or Remus exacting vengeance on Umbridge. Enjoyed this. Are you still planning to write a sequel to this? It's okay either way. |
