This is a really good fic but...

Why did Ulrike and Yozak die?
It was so sad TT

Me- you know what I really like this, I was so absorbed in this that I didn't want it to end

Isy- in my opinion this is how the series should have ended, because even is Shinou and Murata started with the plan to destroy Shoshu (sure that is not how it’s spelled) 4000 years of watching the world would change some ones priorities

Me- yeah I mean come on Like Murata said one happy ending has 20 or so tragic ends

Isy- point is this is fantastic and we love the fact that you came up with this

Me- yeah great job

I'm...stunned...and it's really sad. I can't believe that Murata did that...I just can't...I feel horrible for him but I also feel angry at him. And more than anything, I wish he realized that Soushu was only tricking him. Yes, because Shinou is corrupted with darkness. It's not really Shinou he's talking to and truthfully, he should have resisted...after all, through Yuuri he should have realized some lessons at least...like the fact that not all people are cruel and act the way Murata expects them too. He probably has seen it all, the last 4000 years. But has he realized that with darkness, there's light? He could have brought them hope...instead of giving up. Shinou and Murata wanted Soushu to disappear forever. That's why they sacrificed so much? Hasn't that all gone to waste now?

Even as dark as this fic is, is it wrong that I find the Shinou/Murata... kind of sweet? XD In an extremely messed up way, of course.

you know, i would have preferred if the anime ended this way.. I love how murata follows shinou no matter what, and how he gradually comes to term with the situation.. great work! thanks for sharing...

Dark!Murata is something I've been wanting to read ever since episode 75 or so. This is such a perfectly logical alternate future, and so well written that it's utterly convincing, tragic and yet perfectly right for the characters. The scene with Yozak breaks my heart for both of them.

Wow... that was sick (the good and bad meanings). I loved that fic, and your writing is amazing. The idea behind it was brilliant, and your characterizations were interesting and realistic... but it was vastly disturbing at the same time.

It's one of those alternate endings you don't really like to think about, because you know that if things had gone any other way, the world would've been screwed. Weird how something like that pops up in a show as fun as Kyou Kara Maou, ne?

This is absolutely amazing. This is possibly the most believable divergent future fics I've ever read, because you MAKE me believe it.

I've never put a whole lot of thought into Murata's character and his connection to the Shinou beyond what was presented in the series, but this rang incredibly true to me. You really convinced me that, yes, this could happen, but for that one event, this could be reality. You really did a great job with this.

...so that was totally awesome.

this fic makes me feel empty inside... in a good way ; well, there are some grammar mistakes but im too caught up in the plot to even CARE. its a magical piece of literature :] keep up the good work
