Chapter 6 especially was powerful and gave a stong sense of the atmosphere in the castle and the feelings of the characters. I also thought you developed the relationship between Kai and Maru well. (Cute and nice nickname for him, by the way.) It wasn't too fast for kids who haven't gotten the chance to know many others before, and I thought you showed how their characters and friendship had developed during the time skip quite well too. Your writing allows me to feel I understand the characters in depth in a short bit of time, like a snapshot. Keep writing if you still like it! Thanks again. |
