Well, that was heartbreaking

The enjoyment of reading well written story always gets me. It feels like I'm swept off my feet and the air is all knocked out of me. This story gave me that feeling. You took the truth of how it is to grow up and lose that wonderful of ssillyness and added it to my favorite comic. I greatly apperciate that. Keep writing and smiling.

I've never had a fanfic make me cry this hard.

I've been hopping into different fanfiction sections recently; the other day I hopped into the Digimon section from someones favourite list and found a story with the same theme as this; it was very sad but very good and this one is too. Very well executed.

This made me cry. Honestly.
It was so realistic and heart-wrenching, the way Calvin was growing up.

I'm a really big fan of the Calvin-Susie pairing and I'm fully aware that until both of them are older, neither will realise their feelings or do anything about it. But... a much bigger part of me just wants me to hold onto the Calvin who comes up with crazy adventures, expresses his crush on a girl by pelting her with snowballs and whose best friend is a stuffed tiger :')

Anyway, ignore my ramblings, please. Great job on the fic.
