Wonderful story - full of action and romance and new friends. Some sadness, tho - loss of friends, loss of innocence. (I am hoping in your sequel that Raw is going to 'read' Emma and find that the baby IS Jeb's!)

I’ve recently rewatched Tin Man and am now on a search for Cain/DG fics. Sad to say there aren’t a lot of them, but I’ve definitely loved reading this one. Major kudos, friend.

This was a wonderfully fantastic story! The plot was superb, the characters were well written and full of emotion, and well, I just loved it! This is with out a doubt one of the best Tin Man DG/Cain stories I have read, thank you so much for writing and sharing it! : )

I'm liking this fic so far - and also appreciate the bit about buying the soundtrack! I just found it on iTunes.

Anyway, I particularly like that you're putting in subtle auditory imagery and making Cain generally confused about the things DG does, which are both great touches in my opinion. The conversation about using his first name especially made me smile in this chapter.

Harkness is an interesting OC - is he at all based on either the Doctor Who or the Honor Harrington character?

I just finished reading the whole story and I'm amazed. I love this story! I liked the series too, and I'm for DG and Cain pairing. And your story is just brilliant! I loved it. Though i don't like long stories this one was worth reading.

i have a guilty pleasure- a young Ashley Judd as Az. i'm thinking '91. geez, that was forever ago. but i saw a pic of Alexia Fast standing with Judd and thought they were related! the character of young DG fit so well with Zooey, i was a little ticked that Az was so different as an adult. and Fast did such an amazing job of it.

Without a doubt, absolutely brilliant! I know it's been out for a while, but I just found and read it in one go. Kudos on a great fanfic! My romantic heart beat wildly for the DG/Cain stuff, very well written.

You are a master of my new obsession! Granted, you wrote this story years ago now, but I'm freshly into the Cain/DG shipping world and this was the best fanfic I have read yet. The only problem? Its over! You have me addicted and wanting to ply you with money, jewels, kingdoms for more.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I loved the growth of the relationship between Cain and DG. I loved the action. Kept me reading all the way through(which is rare). Good Job!
