   Scarlett1974 chapter 21 . 11/15/2018 So, I stopped reading this when Scarlett didn't care that Rhett fathered other children while married to her. Plus Rhett loved his children and wouldn't have given them away. The whole thing was odd. I think your story telling is well written just not in the charter of GWTW |

| Jayann chapter 4 . 12/3/2008 Good story, I like the plot and the premise. ((Yay for an alive Melly!)) However, the conversations seem ... strained. They just don't flow. If I may recommend, watch the movie, read the book, and notice how conversations can be more than just a single sentence for each person. Also, go ahead and use contractions, they were in use back then. Second, I think you may have the ages of the children wrong in this chapter ... I don't have my book handy, but if Wade was born in 1862, and Ella was born AFTER the war ended and scarlett and Frank were married, she would have to be at LEAST four years younger than Wade. And if Bonnie is dead and Rhett is gone, wade has to be at LEAST 11. Might want to look into that. |

I do like the adoption aspect of it, since Rhett slept around, I always thought that there had to be a couple of unknown Butlers out there. I'm also glad that Wilkerson died, the dog. Its to much bam bam bam, good to hav progress in the story, but it is interesting to read about sentiments and thoughts... Also I think Scarlett change just a bit to fast for it to be entirely belivable |
