I appreciate Jon's acceptance of Trip's relationship with T'Pol. My favorite line:

"But then," Archer continued, "when the world doesn't come to an end, you'll realize you're happy to see her. Things'll sort themselves out from there."

So true!

Good 'old fellows talk' and very well written.

This was amusing to read.

Especially, the various ways Trip (with the Captain's help in the end) had concocted in getting rid of Koss. Plus, it was good advice that Archer gave Trip, about being there for T'Pol when she needed a friend. Because even though, it'll be hard for both of them. The two can still be friends. Not to mention, it looks as if Archer and Trip have managed to reconnect their friendship, as well. Seeing as how, the two were somewhat distant during their time in the Expanse. Then again, that was a difficult moment for the entire crew of Enterprise probably.

Perhaps more so on the Captain and those closer to him.

Enjoyed it a lot.

Hooray! Trip and Jon there for each other again. I really missed their "just talkin'" scenes. Loved the E2 part and Jon realizing what was going on. Great job!

What a great Archer and Trip friendship story. This was just fantastic. The interactions of the two men was so down-to-earth and just classic. You had some great one-liners too. This was a really fun read. Thank you!

Yes, it is familiar, but I enjoyed reading it - especially the humorous parts. Like "your typical Vulcan..." and "Looks like the Vulcans have put one over on the whole galaxy".

This isn't a new story to me, but it bears re-reading because it's a classic. Very nice!
