My, my Severus' Slytherin ways may have rubbed off on Lily a little too much.. But then again, since she was pregnant with Harry at the time she formulated her plan, it's possible that it might have been Harry's Slytherin nature influencing his mum. XD

Snape still trusts Albus? Really? Well, I hope he survives *this* little surprise.

Why on earth would he want to go back to Hogwarts? He'll be hexed by both sides, since he was so cleverly set up to be hated by the Order, and Voldie certainly won't be happy to see him again.

Hermione *could* have remembered that dittany helped Harry with his bite from Nagini, but it's pretty obvious that she chose not to. No, I don't think Snape needs to worry about any help from any party, really. I don't think she was that blinded by emotion, save possibly for hating Snape.

Snape really should have transfigured something into his body or at least a mass of blood and tissue (a werewolf might have come by for dinner, after all).

I don't think Snape has any illusions about the predicament Dumbledore put him in at this point.

Oh, I hope this means that Snape has a way to survive all this-it just wasn't fair that he died that way he did.

And if I recall canon correctly, Harry was shocked at what happened to Snape, but didn't feel any actual sorrow or dismay (rather like how he felt when he nearly killed Draco Malfoy). Sadly, Snape isn't a real person to anyone in the Order, except to be hated.

Good start, though.
