This was a great story. I love the idea. Would you consider making a sequel where the decepticons see Optimus without his mask? You could do it to where Megatron learns that he created his enemy.

That was a really moving story...I really have to break out my G1 discs & watch them. I really never could decide whether I thought Prime wore the mask to cover a scar or just his face. Anyway, an excellent piece of literature & I hope to read more like it in the near future . Btw: It's AutobotNova from Da!

Great hypothesis of what is behind the mask. I like to think he is extremely beautiful, but your version makes more sense. I was happy to see his face in the movie.

A wonderful story on how Optimus became Prime and why he decided to keep that ugly battle scar. Gotta love the Autobots' reactions when they discover what laid behind Prime's mask.

The mech looked at him and answered.

The. Best. Line. Ever.

/No one knew who started it but the Autobots began laughing at Bumblebee’s misfortune. Spike even saw the Autobot Leader, Optimus Prime laughing. Even though it was strange to see him laugh with his damaged face, even though it was a wound that probably brought him some bad memories and he kept it as a terrible reminder, Spike thought it was possibly the best expression Prime had on his face he had seen so far./

What a beautiful ending to this story. Great job!
