Reviews for Grief
Bendleshnitz chapter 1 . 2/19/2009
I cried. It's too sad. Men are horrible mourners. They refuse to do it until they can't take it anymore and crack. It's so sad to see it when they do though...you feel so...useless

Anyway, amazing one-shot!

Bye!

So MBP recommended this little story to me, and I'm so glad she did! It's really quite lovely... I adore that pair, and I love the inclusion of Harry's thoughts there too. You've really handled them all very well. The last bit was a surprise, but a nice inclusion. And you handle the second person well-I know from experience that it isn't easy :) Keep up the good work!
MBP chapter 1 . 7/6/2008
I think we're even now. This made me cry like nothing else has in a very long time. You really know how to capture Ron's pain in a way that makes sense - and makes me choked up. What a beautiful story.
Moonprincess92 chapter 1 . 3/6/2008
Aw-that was Fred at the end, wasn't it? I loved it so much-2nd person is hard to do (That's why i never write like that) but i thought it was really good. Shot. D

DaphneD chapter 1 . 2/20/2008
I'm not a writer, so I wouldn't know about the difficulties of writing in 2nd person POV. But as a reader, POV switches didn't bother me at all while reading. It was easy to follow.

Great story by the way. Last paragraph both gave me a little heartache but also made me sigh with content.
Ella Bridi chapter 1 . 2/20/2008
Writing in 2nd person is really, really hard, but you've done a brilliant job.

It was beautiful, touching and I thought it was easy to see who's POV it was (for less skilled writers it usually gets messy!). And when I realized that the last POV was Fred's, I just started crying so hard!

I love it, as I usually do with your stories, and this one is definitely going to my fav's list!
