I'd been on the fence about this ficI'm not into the whole falling-for-someone-old-enough-to-be-your-father thing (granted I do read the occasional Sev/Luc/Sirius/Remus/etc pairing with Hermione, but I prefer the time-travel ones where they're *age-appropriatebut this chapter makes it for me. It's so rare that someone makes a backstory for Rita Skeeter and this one is actually believable and amazing. I love that Rita was actually the one who came up with "The Boy Who Lived". No wonder she's so possessive of Harry's news stuff. I applaud the fact that you put up a such an effort to rounding a villain and her villainous plot, all while dealing with the feelings and the smut. Great job!
