This made me giggle out loud. Rose's return, witnessed by Donna, Martha, AND Jack! It doesn't get any better than this.

If you're still willing to do similar stories, now that the time has come and gone, try using Sexy's point of view. Or (if you haven't been watching recently) the TARDIS' POV.

Hehe, I totally love it! Martha and Donna giving commentaries on their reunion scene. :D And, of course some good Rose/Doctor fluff makes it even better.

PRECIOUS. I love the snarky commentary, the way Martha takes pleasure in watching the Doctor reduced to a heap of mush, and the whole surrounding cast. And it's somehow so in-character.

You are a horrible, horrible person.

That said, this is utterly hilarious and strikingly original and I'm willing to bet that a large portion of the fandom, myself included, has been far too invested in imagining Rose and the Doctor reuniting to dedicate any thought to the reactions of anyone else who might be present. Bravo.
