I can definitely see something like this happening on the show. You portrayed the characters perfectly, especially House, Wilson and Kutner.

I really like Taubs assessment of House, it really seems as if he was pleased by the Monster Truck theme... made me laugh very much :D

LMFAO, this story is hysterical! I laughed out loud which is a rarity. Perfect characterization.

Best line: "He limped through the door looking like a one-eyed lion on the hunt..." And the interaction between HOuse and WIlson was priceless.

I'd love to see on the show the gang get together and do something nice for House (like a birthdya party even though he hates them. Personally, I think that's just an act to keep people at bay), just once for no particular reason (even if he didn't deserve it), just to really throw him off balance. Like an experiment - make House uncomfortable enough to ponder WHY? . . . to puzzle, scratch his head and frown over it. Maybe in the end, he might accept it for what it was - a nice thing done for no reward or reason (there are such acts, after all. They DO happen), just 'cause someone wants him to know that someone likes him.

Deep down, I think most of his former and current staff like him on some level/in some way (House grows on people. Well, SOME people). How would House show gratitude do you think? Or how would he make it evident that he at least felt happy for a moment or two?

I think that would be a cool episode.
