A really wonderful piece; I loved how you drew attention to the tension between the past and present lives, and then resolved that beautifully as well. Although the end is a bit sudden, it is quite fitting. Overall, great job!

Mostly, this whole time I was reading I wished fervently that i was in Minako's place (especially in that elevator, or when rei was gallantly carried her bags and opened her door). Seriously. Your description of Rei is so hot! Drool.

Aaaanyways, bitchin story. Total PGSM rapture involved and hot damn what a mind warp with the 'is it rei, is it minako, is it venus, is it mars, or does it matter?'thing going on with past-life references. I thoroughly enjoyed the past-life cloud over their heads - but as a reader I was not convinced that it mattered in the long-run because they both want each other. Not sure what your intention was with having it there, but the uncertainty of whether or not they were going to just rip each others clothes off was good writing context. Maybe the second part shall answer that question for me?

I gotta say, this is great characterization. They are both very IC but at the same time they are different, grow up. Same ol' playful Minako and grumpy Rei, dancing th same dance but actually doing something about it this time!

Very good story! The characters were portrayed very well although it frustrated me how stubborn they both are but thats the way they were in the show so it makes sence.
