Hmm, I like this. It explains the clipped answer Peter gave in the Last Battle. And you know, the funny thing is I just discovered this song called "One Day" by Trading Yesterday... it's about being lonely and wishing for a loved one to come back. You should look it up; it fit the fic pretty well. Just a thought. :)

Excellent, again! I really liked it, especially the first two paragraphs, because they made me feel as if I was by myself feeling lonely on the train. And the end of the story was wonderful too, because it seems very like Peter to draw on whatever he can to remain hopeful. This story was also very unique, and a definite pleasure to read!
