I love this fanfic. It's been quite a while since you updated so you might have discontinued it but I would really love for you to finish it.

These kind of fanfics are rare and I don't want to lose another one and be stuck with the 'weak kidnapped girl falls in love with psychotic clown creep'!

I just sat down and read the entire thing. This is, hands down, the best Joker I've ever read. I know you haven't written for it in several years, but I'm following anyway just in case ;) Because this was just too thoroughly delicious. The psychology and characterizations are so perfect. I like that he's not just turning into a good guy... waaaay too many fics do that... but you make the changes believable.

I am simply in LOVE with this story. I can't wait for the next chapter to come out!

Interesting start-insert an OC in movieverse and see what happens. I'm definitely interested in Fana's character. She certainly seems headstrong. However, as you have attempted to give us a POV that is close third with the Joker, getting inside her mind might not be a good move just yet. I know I was confused at first when you mentioned her thoughts so intimately right after the Joker's elevator monologue-I believed her an accomplice! How else would the Joker know her thoughts, or why would he watch her movements so carefully?

She seems like a strong character-good in an OC. Without a rounded persona, you create only a MarySue. I'm glad that's not the case here, but is there anything you can do to make these shifts in POV from Joker to Fana a little more obvious? A line separating the paragraphs perhaps?

Just one little pet peeve: would the Joker really think the squealers were the most fun? You state in the very next line "But I prefer surprises. Games. And what fun is a game if you know exactly what’s coming to you?” The two views seem contradictory to me :) After all, the Joker is obsessed with Batman-has the most fun-because he doesn't show fear or pain. But never mind-just a random thought.

Excellent start! Definitely an intriguing first chapter!
