I really like this story. I like how original it is, not the typical HP x LotR crossover. I especially liked this chapter. It is very aptly named, and I like the dual meaning of the words. The idea of Sauron deceiving Harry and gaining the knowledge of how to create the One Ring from him is very original, and I really like it. It adds a whole new reason for Harry to join the Fellowship, to help right the wrong that he had a part in unwittingly creating.

I also really like the bond that Harry has with Frodo, and their little moment of understanding before the breaking of the Fellowship; it is well written.

I'm really excited to see where this story goes. You should finish it, it has so much potential! :)

Hope you continue your story. I can't wait to read more.

Thought I'd mention this quickly; when you search for a word in Latin, such as "Leader/Commander" and get a result like "Dux, Ducis", it does not mean that Dux Ducis means Leader. Dux is the nominative, Ducis the genitive. They normally add that to show it's an irregular noun. Ducis means "of the leader", so your city is named "Leader of the Leader" at the moment.

I know it has been a long time, but please don't give up on this story!

Did lily betray her father, is there more to this story?, will Harry be able to use magic when the king of Rohan is released from saruman' grip?

Harry is probably taking a little bit too much responsibility here, but well, he's still human. I liked this story, when I first found it and I'm still liking it now.
