Jesus Christ, this is one of the best fics I've ever read. Not just one of the best Qui/Obi fics I've ever read, but one of the best fics I've ever read, period. Thank you for not ending it as slash or something (*shudders.) We need more Qui/Obi fics that aren't slash, just pure father/son stuff. I love this, I bookmarked it on my phone so I could keep coming back to read it. Please, please consider writing more. You're a talented writer and you capture the father/son dynamic extremely well.

Awww. A sweet vignette. Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon are one of my favorite teams. I like Obi-Wan and Luke, too, but they didn't have as much time, sadly.

Oh my god, I was on the verge of tears but then Qui soothed Obi's feelings and along with Obi I calmed down too, so the tears did not leave my eyes, but I definitely seeing blurry for a moment.

Such an amazing vignette. I liked how it started with having to break the news to Anakin and then poor Obi felt himself breaking because of Ani's sobs and it was so heart wrenching to read, especially when Yoda came and Obi got all angry, furious and Yoda remained very calm. I was feeling Obi's frustration with that calm exterior of Yoda.

This vignette touched me deeply and I love it all the more for it. You really are an amazing writer.

With the previous vignette where Obi had the vision, I couldn't help but get an idea. What if you made a similar vignette series like this, except have it linked with your story Game of Death instead of vignettes that could fit into canon. The idea was quick and about Obi possibly having a vision of one of his arena fights or something while in a class at the temple. It would make for an interesting discussion with Qui, but alas it is but a fleeting idea that popped into my head and I can't resist telling you about it.

Back to your vignettes; It's wonderful, a brilliant vignette series and I will definitely put them in my favorites list. Thank you for writing this, for giving me such a wondrous series to read.

Now if only I could read the next chapter of Game of Death XD Don't worry, take your time :D

Aaah such a sad foreboding vignette. And Qui believes they still have a long time, don'tt hink so Qui. When Obi is aroudn 25 I think, it'll happen!

It's so sad, but I still love this vignette. Obi's worry and fear was sad but realistic and it was all so well written. And qui sensing that darkness does lie ahead for them, gaaahhh it's such a horrible fate.

Luckily there exist fanfiction werein we can change the things we did not approve of, like Qui dying.

Brilliant writing, once more you had me captivated and feeling along with the characters.

YAY! another awesome vignette. If I wasn't so cold I would do a happy dance in my room, cause this vignette warms my heart and makes me all squeaky! I loved it, especially when Qui found out Obi is Ben, so cute! Loved Obi's way of confirming it by saying Mast'a. Brilliant and cute!

Though the seperation hinted was really saddening, but it has to happen eventually, but they'll enver forget each other.

I wonder, if Qui had lived and gotten to that age where he could no longer go on missions, would he have taken up the job of Master Allen? Would be fun qui-Gon as Creche teacher XD

Screw the council! Obi and Qui are just like father and son and it would break them if they lost each other. I loved this vignette, Qui letting go of his Duty mask and putting on his father mask ,it was brilliant and heck if I were Obi I'd have done the same.

Oh and I loved Obi's open defiance towards Mace. Qui is rubbing off on him XD

Okay now I'm completely squeaky, if anyone was aroudn they might think I was going nuts.

this was amazing, so super intense and beautiful! when the force took over, for a moment there, I feared it was somehow going to prevent Qui-Gon form attaching the hair, tohugh in a way the force did prevent him cause it wanted to do instead of qui. It was amazing!

You have such a talent for mushy scenes and plain awesome writing and these are only vignettes! So awesome and super heart warming! You are awesome!

Even better than the first vignettte! Obi is amazing! I loved your qouting of Yoda when Obi did what Qui-Gon thought a crechling could not achieve.
