Why?

This story was incredible, I really liked it. I'll be honest, I read it because you read mine and I had hoped to write you a thank you for your review. I am going to read more of your works now that I've found you, around writing more of my own.

I must say, I usually place SPD (in my mind) far enough in the future that the things we consider old wouldn't be in use much, although I do admit to using music from now...but I just pictured this as being set earlier in time than I place it.

You write a convincing argument for Sky/Syd, which I was surprised by; I am trying to plan out SPD pairings for my own stories, and I am torn between who goes with who.

I don't mean to be critical, but there was one word you used that I questioned. You used the word 'transaction' in talking about the new member, Aaron. I might have used the word 'transition' in that sentence instead, but that's just me.

Okay, let me say this first- I love YOU! Yes, you! You don't get that too often from me, so that's a compliment. Anyway, I so love this fic. You brought the "Tim McGraw" song to justice. No, scratch that- you brought it to life! I was crying by the end of it. You know, in a good way.

Can I first just say this - AW! That's got to be one of my favorite TS songs, and for Syd and Sky...I enjoyed the story. I knew what was coming before it happened, but wow, that's just...while it was short, you can tell that summer meant a lot to her, despite what happened and how it ended. And I love that Syd handled it maturely, as we all wish we could when something important to us comes to an abrupt end.
