this chapter was cute but why didnt they have quinn do the session in the bunker? he would have felt more comfortable there and Sarah would have been able to be on stand by to protect him just in case...

This was beyond beautiful. This was real.

I'm being darn weird I know. But I think in the time I spent reading this I connected with the story more than a lot of my own life.

The funny thing was right before I started reading this a hour and a half ago I told myself no more crying from fanfics about Jack Carter and Nathan Stark. I didn't want to be sad anymore.

But I read this even seeing the Angst tag on it. I cried a lot and I laughed even. I smiled and I held back sorrow.

I want to thank you for writing this piece of...well, life.

I know this review is almost three years after you finished this.

Please know that I loved this. I say that alot about fanfics. And I do love all the things I say I do. But this was on a different level. I felt totally connected with what happened.

Just to say I'm like 6'2" with dyed red hair and piercings. I'm bawling like a child. And I fell in love with this story. I fell in love with the characters. There are few stories that effect me as this one has and I must say to effect me like this means that I won't forget it ever.

I'm sure you didn't think that someone, a guy, three years after you finished this would read it and give you a review saying the things I said. I personally like to think that no one will get a review like this from anyone except me.

I know that this seems long and I would be slightly worried about my sanity if I recieved a review like this for one of my stories but I want to say that I've grown up a bit while reading this. That the measly 90 minutes I spent reading this could make someone change from a 16 year old teen who never liked seeing things in a way that made him feel to a 16 year old teen who realizes that life is to precious to simply throw away and not do the things you want and make the choices so that I don't live a life of regret.

I hope you still look at these reviews and though I haven't checked to see if you still write I want to say that I hope you still do. You have a gift. To make someone feel while reading is hard enough. To change someone's outlook on life by a simple story is revolutionary. I feel amazed that something as small as a fanfic could change a life. But then again that's what all writers desire. To know that something they created changed the way the world turned for someone. Though this is far from the max amount of characters you are allowed I believe this is a lot of things to say. I hope you have a good day and that you believe me when I say this has changed me.

This is such a sweet story. It was so sad when they got into their fight. I'm glad they ended up together though. I dont know if you really care or not, but the dog's name is Lojack, not Einstein. I really liked your story. Makes me kinda wish Stark does come back like this.

This story was great. Well written and everything.

And then the last chapter is so... uhg. It's basically a mild let down.
