Oh man... this is so good! Leo's always been my favorite character (rivaled only by Rolf and Ranulf), and this just makes it so amazing. It gives a depth to Leonardo that the games could never hold a candle to. Amazing. And this is NOT just because I'm writing this at 11:40 pm! Keep up the good work!

As for the story, I really like it. I like how you took the POV of one of the members and went deeper into it through the use of plot (yay plot!) and it's interesting to watch the development. Also, pre-RD fic is totally amazing in and of itself, and you do it wonderfully. _

A pretty good story so far. I haven't played Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn yet because I do not own a Wii but the story is still quite interesting. Keep up the good work.

I'm sorry for not reviewing earlier, I read this piece nearly a month ago in one melancholic sitting, but even now I don't have the words to do it justice.

The level of emotion, doubt and inner turmoil Leonardo faces here is among the best I've read. Not just in a fanfiction, but in general (though this might be my own inexperience). Few authors are able, let alone bother, to put such contemplative, human thought into complicated intricacies that make simply finding an answer an epic journey in itself. It's saddening and heartwarming, and its intelligence brings about an elevation in the mind of the reader.

The use of character here is incredibly appropriate. You've proven Leonardo to be the best character out of Radiant Dawn's vast cast to deliberate such psychology and unnerving regret, or fear. He was always mild-mannered and serious before, but how well structured he is here (partially thanks to the very well strung string of events) is a quality tribute to the character. Edward's youthful, cheery character makes the perfect contrast to even further debate the theme of the story, and a fitting companion in this time. The minor characters so far, such as that soldier and the young girl, are incredibly well implemented and used.

You have a very unique, quality story on your hands here. I'm ashamed of myself for giving a poor review here (I didn't criticise anything here, for one :V ), but I don't want to neglect that nice wise man any longer. Thanks for the food for thought, and please do work on the next chapter; I'm interested to see what answers Leonardo finds.

In some parts of this story, do you like..um..kinda compare with yours? It's just because of that girl, I remember when I was young and I have no clue what the grown ups were talking about. And for some reason I don't care..because the world is full of fun back when you're just a kid.
