Good job at combining horror and comedic elements in your story without making it too dark. I myself write dark SpongeBob fanfics that are usually darker than yours. Your story had natural comedy, a compelling plot, an exciting finish, a constant feeling of both foreboding and light-heartedness, and a great werewolf theme. I like your spin on the SpongeBob episode I Was a Teenage Gary, which seems to have inspired your weresnail invention. Your story inspired me to write a SpongeBob werewolf story of my own called SeaWolves (seawolves are carnivorous walruses with wolf heads whose weakness is silver utensils). It seems your 4 best SpongeBob stories (Night of the Weresnail, Yellow Avenger, Keeper of the Spatula, and Future Shock) are easily the best in the SpongeBob section due to their complexity, comedy, and the obvious love you have for your versions of the SpongeBob characters. I hope to read your other 3 magnum opuses when I get the chance. Good luck with all your other future projects and thanks for the good read and inspiration. Hopefully, my magnum opus The Tidal Zone will become as popular and appreciated as your great SpongeBob stories already are. Either way, I share your enduring love of the SpongeBob sea world and characters, and I enjoyed writing my series as much as I’m sure you enjoyed writing your fanfics.
