Comparing the two sets of twins is a good idea, I think. This story kinda makes me think of The Tell-Tale Heart, because of the one-sentence-paragraphs and psychosis. I agree that Mion should've gotten more personal screan time.

Wow, that was really great! It was just so... beautiful. My only problems were the minor mistake (Kimiyoshi isn't Rika's grandfather), and that it felt a little bit off that Mion's didn't get happier in the end like Shion's did. But other than that, it was perfect in my opinion.

Wow. This was amazing. I love how you put both Shion and Mion's parts together. Like both sides of an internal war.

Nice Fic. The only mistake I saw was that you said "Rika’s grandfather choking." That man was actually Kimiyoshi Kiichirou, who is one of the gosanke or Hinamizawa's three most powerful families ( Kimiyoshi, Furude, and Sonozaki ).
