Even though this was quite short and I'm reading this on my phone- which is quite difficult to navigate- I just HAD to leave a review and to let you know I will be following your work on here from now on- hope that doesn't sound weird-

Dean don't you ge it Sam looks up to you and he is tryin to protect you in his own way, plus yea he's OCD but where would you be without him when you get hurt?

Aww Dean finally caught on that the reason Sam acts like that when Dean gets hurt is (well I think it is anway) because he feels a bit guilty that Dean got hurt in the first place and that well the obvious reason is that they're brothers an Sam really does love him no matter how much they argue ( and if you so wish you can take that as me suggesting it in a wincest way but it wasn't meant that way)

What a good story! Dean can dish out the mother-hen act, but he sure can't seem to take it very well! I love the attention to detail Sam takes-and the whole towels thing Dean observed cracked me up! I liked how you wrote Sam helping Dean undress without any sexual content-it seems to free the boys up to be themselves.

this was a good sentence: "He feels Sam's hand bossing its way under his head, followed by a thick foam pillow. Cool fingers stray to his forehead..." really good narrative there. -

I love love love this! Although I feel quite mean for laughing at the image of Dean plastering himself to the wall because he doesn't know which way is up! The reprimands from Sam were brilliant. It was so touching how Dean finally let Sam fuss, and then actually started to enjoy being looked after lol. Love how he wonders how Sam got all the clean linen, hilarious imagery! Perfect story, thank you very much for sharing.

Okay, I checked this out because you said it was the sequal to Altered. Very cute. I love a sick Dean and Sam taking care of him. The ending made me laugh.

This was my favorite thing: "Remembers little Sammy presenting him with bottle caps and shiny straight nails off the sidewalk, slippery frogs caught by the river, and how solemn he'd always looked when he'd given them to Dean, how dutiful, how fulfilled." Great line. Love the thoughts on their childhood.

*happy sigh* A longer fic! Not that I don't adore your drabbles, but this was a happy surprise :) Of COURSE Dean couldn't wait to restring the crossbow! He has to be as difficult as possible - can't make Sam's life too easy, can he? Love that he softened up at the end, and that he always gives in to little Sammy eventually. He's just demanding to be snuggled XD
