Wow! I don’t even know where to start! This was amazing. I was hooked right away and couldn’t stop reading. It evolved so much from the start to the ending. I was terrified when there was only two chapters left it just didn’t seem like you would be able to do the end justice and figured it was just setting up a sequelnot that I would have minded that) but the ending was so good it tied it all together and actually managed to be a happy ending. You don’t need to know anything about FFVIII to enjoy this story it’s so solid and so well written. Again just Wow!

If you really tried, you might be able to finish the Zelda story in one minimum to 3 maximum chapters. I can honestly say I have never lost interest and that story and I have checked at least once a month since I first read it, 4 years ago. I can't wait for that story to be complete so I can reread it. It's been a while since I've read, and I want that to be the first big story I read again

Words cannot describe just how elated I am to finally read the conclusion on this masterpiece. This story was such a pleasure to read that I can't even begin properly articulating my thoughts on this.

I did not start reading this from the very beginning. (I actually checked to see what the oldest review I had left for this was, and I was surprised to see it was back in 2012) so around the time I graduated high school was when I started reading. For five years I have been constantly impressed with your amazing writing. (I will go as far as to say that this is the best FFVIII story period. A bold statement, but one that I feel is not far from the mark.) I will admit that the ending is a tad too perfect, and that the tone of the last few chapters after Blaine really shifted the tone. But it's not necessarily a bad thing. I feel that for the identity of this story it works. It reminds me of one of your other stories that I was a fan of 'Bleed it Out' the ending in that felt pretty damn convenient but you know what? With your writing it's not about the end, it's about the journey. I am more than satsfied with this. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing this amazing story and giving me something to look forward to for the last five years. I hope you continue to be successful in your endeavors from here on out.

Alright I teared up a couple of times. And it was more from the sense that the story was really giving off "it's ending" vibe. I didn't expect the turn of events, but I'm glad you stuck through with your original ending. And it has been that long. Almost 10 yrs and you knew that then and know could change your ending. I will say this was an interesting ride. I started reading this story when the first chapter was released and kept it in my favorites ever since. Im glad that you finished it for it finally gave closure to the story. Sure the ending was a bit cheesy but it didnt take away from what made me really enjoyed the story in the first place. Its a shame about the sequel since it had an interesting concept but its completely understandable. Anyways thanks for your work and good luck in the future.

I just wanna say, I've been reading this since I think 2009 if I remember. This story was so great to me in my own teen years because it was when I was really getting into final Fantasy thanks to Dissidia and an ACTUAL interesting story I was enjoying.

I want to thank you for being one of the few during the years to finish and give me another page to close of something I can fondly look back on, especially with Rinoa an Squall's hilarious Sexual Tension. Your from an era I used to be able to sit myself blind reading through for hours unlike now as Im busy with life as well and fics arent as dedicated recently.

I...I'm honestly shocked its done and glad it is! you miss the year 8 mark for jokes but it's still great. The ending threw me for a curve and I enjoyed this, it honestly felt pretty good and cheesy enough to work. Its a good ended for these troubled adults.

There's some more things to say, but I think I've said enough. I sincerely Thank you for this story and hope you can continue in life comfortably!

Oh my gosh I am crying! This whole entire fanfic is so perfect in so many ways! I have been so patient these past couple of years and I have to say the wait was definitely worth it. I love your work so much. Thank you for taking me to a whole new world where the Saints exist. I will be rereading this so many times in the future, as I have done many times in the past. Congratulations I such perfection. Your imagination and words are filled with so much talent.

Forgot to add in my review of 27-I love how your writing matured and it really showed in here. It's cleaner and yet it still carries that hint of humor that colors each of your piece. This part had me cracking:

"Looking at Seifer, I took my right index finger and jammed it into a hole I made with my thumb and index finger on my left hand.

I love how your stories stay in tone, even with some comedy mixed in at times. Great, graphic language for action, too, as always. Stay talented.

First of, thank you so, so much for even starting this story. I'm one of your newer followers as I stumbled upon your work just early this year. You won't believe how incredibly happy I was to find it; it was rare to find fanfiction that had a world beyond its canon-for someone to create a universe as complicated and thorough as yours really speaks of your dedication to this story and the imagination you had. FF8 ended with everyone wanting; there's a lot more to be done and explained in that world. It's such a joy to find writers with the language and vision like you to expand it, and adopt the game's mythos to fit great stories like these. Of course, stories aren't without flaws. But what I really appreciate is the detail you put, and it really shows down to this last chapter of your last FF8 fiction.

Super sad to see this fandom lose its great writers but also very fortunate to have an arsenal of great pieces through the years. Your stories are among my top favorites-namely Find Me (my full feels written in a review over there), God's Forsaken Land (great, GREAT story that I wish would be complete in an alternate universe), Disciplinary Committee, Squall's Soft Side, and Life's Like That. Thank you for all this and keep living! Hope life is doing you well!

Now on to your last chapter-thanks for giving us closure to this epic piece. It was such a ride reading this-Rinoa getting beating up, Squall talking to the man about to jump from building, Seifer and Quistis walking in on Squall and Rinoa's challenge sex, and now this. I don't want to impose whatever ending I imagined for this story, if I had anything at all. It's just great to see it close and not be left hanging.

Though I really hate you now for teasing us about a could-be sequel because damn, that plot sounds great. If someone else ever picks it up with your permission, I'd be the happiest. I love Rinoa vs Squall stories (Into Thin Air for me does this best with language as vivid as yours) and it would be a treat to see it come to life.

Thanks again for this last chapter, and for the many others you put out here. Will always be advocating your stories to FF8 fans. You'll live on.

i really, really loved this change in pace. It was a nice way to get Squall to come into terms with his inner conflicts. I feel your strength is both dialogue and action, and to see how you branch out here, it's just refreshing to have. But most of all, I love how you wrote similar scenes differently to show the change in character. So sad to see this story end soon, but at least that means we're getting closure! great work as always! Shoot my review went missing again but ahhh now I've reached the penultimate chapter, I just wanted to say first, this chapter was a great change of pace without losing your tone. You've always been good with dialogue (keep snorting all through out this fic srsly) and action, and this one just showed how well you do it cause you did it differently. I love how u write similar scenes differently, to give contrasts to previous scenes and to really show the character development. Sad to see this story ending soon but that means we will at least get closure. Great as always!
