Wow, very realistic emotional conflict, I'm glad Purdey's 'dark side' is explored here. The fact that she was so close to killing purposefully still sends a shiver down my spine.

I keep promising myself that I'll sit down and read through this properly and make all kinds of comments - ain't happenin, though, so I'll just sit here and tell you that you keep adding in bits that make me all squishy inside. The jacket and the marshmallows, particularly.

Poor Purdey. She's rescued-except she doesn't necessarily want to be rescued and certainly not by Mrs. Peel. The jealousy was very interesting. This is a great fic and I'm eagerly awaiting the rest. I always supposed Gambit was a bit over 30-so Mrs. Peel really isn't all that older than he. But don;t tell Purdey-OK?

I was wondering what the inspiring "throwaway exchange from ANGELS OF DEATH" was going to be, and now I know. Nicely done! (I'm sure there are MANY potential stories that can be developed from the numerous throwaway exchanges in TNA!) And quite a coincidence, as I only watched that episode (AGAIN!) last night. Well, it is a favourite.

Just read Chapter 4 and loving it. As usual - very professionally written (you really do know TNA universe inside out and back to front by now, don't you, Timeless? (you're not actually Brian Clemens hiding behind a pen name, are you? lol ;-) Hope to read more later tonight (when I've done a bit of brainstorming on my own!).
