Seems well written, but you should really revise it, fix the paragraphs a bit. And maybe give the chapters name. Chapters with names always stand out for some people like me.

I never expected Shiva to be connected to Orochimaru. You are also making him out to be very strong. Let's not forget the interest he has in Shizune.

I can see this story being very funny. The Shizune/Oc is interesting. Shiva seems to have a lot of tallent in what he does. He may need it. You may need a lot of female OCs to get this story to work.

I like the way you think. That is the most creative and realistic way of ending war I have ever seen. All the other nuts try to end war in one of two ways.

ONE: Make everyone his slaves.

TWO: Cause such death and destruction that the entire world would become terified of war.

Honestly, I don't think your method would work well either unless Shiva does become imortal.
