I'm a little late to the party, but just wanted to say I love this fic. You really capture Helen and Will's careful negotiation as they get to know one another :)

nice little piece, I could 'see' everything as I was reading, not something you always get in fan-fiction. When I got to the end I was thinking:
"...to where she hid the wine from her daughter and her patients." But mostly she tried to hide it from the 'blood sucking creatures of the night' and failed, more often then not...well always actually.
