Another one of your stories which I can't help but love. The progression of the kisses is very interesting, how it begins with a demonstration of their chemistry, a challenge, and ends with something akin to real feelings and, well, a real relationship. The second kiss is sweet, with a hint of sadness, third one shows the beginning of what happens with the final, fifth one, the hint of what they both are afraid of and, at the same time, desire from each other. I think it's particularly good that Robin initiates the fourth kiss; I always felt the way in which Barney took all the heat from their first encounter as Robin was the one who remained friends with Ted to be very unfair. At least in this story, the fact that they were both responsible and she took the initiative, makes it more real and sensible in my head. And he breaks the bro code for her. Loved it.

Since I love this so much here's a review. :) I read this last night at such a late hour and it was just what I needed before I went to sleep. Dialogue is tricky whenever you're dealing with Robin and Barney but you did it perfectly. It was a fun read, thanks!

this was DEFINITELY much needed after the last fic (and after the way HIMYM is breaking Barney as of late). *sigh* I wish we'd get to mutual Barney/Robin land in canon NOW, but you do a damned good job of giving us a dose of them together. Thank you!

Ah yes, Barney and Robin do have a crazy amount of awesome chemistry together.

I'm weird in that I'm extremely picky when it comes to fanfiction, and really only comment on a fic when I think it deserves it. And this one deserves a comment. -Very- well written. Descriptive writing without being overkill, and from my viewpoint, you kept Barney and Robin true to Barney and Robin, which is not always easy. Nice work.
