I really enjoyed this piece of mature fiction, it was well written and interesting in its dynamic of Zuko's personal thoughts, longings and mental condemnation. I like how you initially used his curiosity and need for warmth to get the better of him and to urge him on to explore, and in truth, it was all curiosity and I profusely liked how the entire time, he was struggling with the concept and never fully realized what he was doing until it was too late. But my favorite part of this, besides how you have this piece set in the course of the actual storyline and how well written it is, is how you changed it. It started with Zuko initiating it then turning out to being the one forced to continue the act by a subconcious Aang who is in a inebriated state. Wonderfully written, very well described and a relief to find in the score of other Zuko/Aang fanfiction that does not compare. Thank you |
