Great story so far. I appreciate the dark tone to the story, it gives off a very big TSR vibe. I honestly like this story much more than the one that is playing out in Invisible Victory. I wish the author godspeed to finish this story properly.

Okay, so I have ridiculous bias towards this story because I know you in real life, but freaking hell, Chris, you write like a beast and with a fluidness I envy. Everything that comes out of my fingers I have to think about and go through with a fine toothed comb because it feels so rough. But everything you do is well crafted, from action to romance to even your torture scenes.

I concur with the person that said this: "And you really made me care about Tessa in this, and her fan-freaking-tastic man. Because frankly, Garon is my favorite new character since sliced bread. I want a poster of him on my effing wall, man."

In short, I know you've had computer troubles and lost data, but I really think you should rewrite what you lost and continue on this full speed! It is my favorite of your stories and most deserving of the action packed, heart pounding finale I'm sure you'll give it.

I actually got linked to this fic from TV Tropes, so you have some very widespread fans.

I would like to tell you that I think you have something great here. I really like the way you've written Kaname and Sosuke, and all the other canon characters are portrayed to perfection.

The shoutouts to other works are well integrated and add to the story, rather than detracting from it or drawing the readers attention away from the story at hand. I also really like how you've taken Sosuke's psyche and split it into him and Kashim. Everyone has a dark side, and Kashim is delightfully unhinged. I particularly enjoyed this last chapter and how he was portrayed.

I really, *really* hope that this fic isn't dead. I myself have no room to talk, as my longest fic has been written over the course of the last ten years or so, with years between updates. I need to finish it, and you need to finish this.

Great story, glad to see kashim come out to play. Hopefully he will get to spend some quality time with Lenard. Can't wait till the next update.

As a coincidence I just saw the 2008 action film Taken and couldn't help but notice the similarities between that and the closing lines of this chapter. Overall I've enjoyed your story even though it is yet another variation of the Continuing on My Own story. What I've really enjoyed are the action sequences which really highlight Sousuke's skills. Keep up the good work!

An extremely impressive start, good sir. I liked the minor reference to Call of Duty 4; it was-done and subtle. Not sure what to think of Garon (it feels like I'm misspelling that...), yet. I can't tell if he is a real Mandalorian or if he's kidding. Guess I'll just have to read to find out.

And the romance between Sousuke and Kaname is excellent. It feels natural as opposed to forced, and is executed with grace. Great work.

PS: Loved the books. Just picked up WWZ the other day, as coincidence would have it.

Hello. I was originally skeptical of your story, since Crystal Okamino had ranted and raved about it a lot lol, and being me, I thought that it was going to be overrated. But man, I was just green with envy! Once I sat down to read it however, I realized that this is one of, if not, THE best FMP fics I've ever read.

You put in so much emotion and action into this fic, I loved how Kaname got to pilot the Arbalest and how you managed to fit the COMO scernaio in a "3 years later" AU, Garon is a great OC, a very well-developed character, despite the Star Wars reference I originally disliked, but at least he's got some lovin' with Tessa! XD

This fic is top-notch, I cannot wait to see how it really goes. Keep it up, Chris Ganale!
