That was stunningly well written.
I adored exploring their relationship through the present day upset and the flashbacks to happier times.
I really enjoyed Hermione's thoughts on the word love, and how much it gets over used and therefore loses its meaning, because that's so true.
I think you did a great job at balancing the arguments for and against the abortion and you could really feel why each of them felt they were in the right. I was hoping the entire time that Hermione would change her mind, but I am a sucker for a HEA. However, had you have written it the other way, I'm sure you would have done so tastefully.
The complexities of their relationship felt very real and I'm so happy they've both worked through it, even if they did have to suffer a bit first.

I love the plot of the story, it makes it kinda realistic unlike the other dramione stories where Hermione just got out of a relationship and then immediately jumped to being in love with draco.. I like it that there is a struggle between them and that they have to work hard to make their relationship work.. I love that it focused on them being humans with real emotions. This is an amazing story and I hope you write more in the future. :)
