This was short, sweet, and to the point. I like it.

I always thought that Mello and Matt's predicament was beautiful and poetic!

It seems that Matt died as a favor to Mello, and, in my opinion, Mello was purposely careless around Takada, not just so he could assist Near in some minor way, but because he wanted to be with Matt. They practically died for each other, which is wonderful, even though it was sad.

I was really torn up about their deaths, and I think they should have their own series!
