It filled a gap for me. This is my all time fav book , I know every word in my heart. I've been reading it for 33 years, every time I need to remember who I am and get the strength I need to go on. This could have fit perfectly into the book. I hope you get this message, you should never stop writing, what an amazing gift! Stay Gold! |

I'm so happy that I found yours :) Thank you for this touching story about family overcoming more hardships than any one group of people deserves. The story was very well-written, and it felt so true to the spirit of S.E. Hinton's original work. Loved all the small moments of caring and tenderness between the brothers and their friends. Especially loved the imagery of Pony's hand reaching for Darry and finally realizing the support he was looking for in the end. Beautiful. |
